Halladay Education Group, a leading M&A advisory firm specializing exclusively in the sale of private schools in North America, is pleased to announce the successful closing of one of its advisory engagements with the owners of International House Vancouver/Whistler/San Diego to the Japanese education service provider, Human Holdings. HEG acted as the exclusive advisor for the schools' ownership group.

Human Holdings is a prominent Japanese education services provider that purchased a controlling interest in the parent companies that own the affiliated International House schools in San Diego, California and Vancouver and Whistler, British Columbia, including the three English language schools, a career training college, and a Modern Language school.

Human Holdings will own a majority share in the schools while current shareholder and Director, Jeff Romonko, will remain as company Director and a minority owner.
